越後姫【ECHIGO-HIME】
🍓越後姫【ECHIGO-HIME】literally means 姫👸【HIME（Princess）】of 越後【ECHIGO】,an old name of 新潟県【NIIGATA prefecture】,my home town.
They had been improved and born after for a long time🍀🕰
They are SO tasty with calculated balance of sweetness and acidity, good aloma and their soft fleshes✨🤤
They start 3cm ～5cm in December in green house and become as large as about 11cm～14cm large at the end of season in June in fields.
